Pre training - 6 days This is an introduction to the Exercises and an understanding of the basic principles. It is a mandatory Course prior to participating in the Foundation Teacher Training
Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation Course - 12 days This is for first time students who have completed the Pre training and would like to become a Gyrotonic Instructor
Gyrotonic Supervised Apprentice Review - 6 days This Course is mandatory prior to Final Certification.

All the above Courses can be held at GYROTONIC®Montagu or alternatively Megan will travel to run Courses on request .
